What we collect

From the contact form: name, company, email, phone, reason for contact and your message.

With your consent: visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising performance data (Meta Pixel). See the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for and do not need special categories of data.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and keep you informed about the conference — legitimate interest and, where you asked first, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

For measurement and advertising — solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

Who sees it

The Verticom team. We do not sell or hand your details to third parties for their own purposes.

Processors: our hosting provider, Google (statistics) and Meta (advertising) — the latter two only if you consented. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under adequacy decisions and the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Form data: up to 24 months from our last contact with you, or until you ask for deletion.

Statistics: per Google Analytics default retention settings.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before it.

Send a request to info@verticom.gr. We reply within one month.

If you believe something was handled wrongly, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to form submissions is limited to the team members who need it.

Changes

If something material changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
